Due Diligence
The most successful outsourcing partnerships begin with due-diligence.
Before selecting an outsourcing provider, take the time to understand the details of your F&A processes. What workflow does each process follow? What people throughout your organization impact a particular process? What are the inputs and outputs? What are the dependencies? Are there downstream users that are dependent on information created from a particular process? How does the particular process benchmark? These all information can be gathered from existing documentation, such as Sarbanes-Oxley or internal audit documentation.

Based on customer go-ahead, Vision explores identified areas in greater detail. We present the customer firm prices, savings and high level designs for adapted process. High level design contains Resource Plan, Ramp-up plan, Technology Plan etc.
Process Transition:
Detail plan for process transition is designed by expert process transition team based on the process understanding. Transitioning phase contains Project plan, Training plan, Communication Plan, High Level Process Mapping, identifying baselining and CTQs, Performance Tracking Plan, Detailed adapted process map, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). At the completion of Transition phase, process successfully moves to VISION.
Service Delivery:
Day to day operations in the adapted process begin by Vision - Global Resource Center Team from India. Process is closely monitored on the basis of customer defined CTQs.
