Amrik Singh carries 12 years experience with him.  He is in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for last 8 years. He is an enthusiastic entrepreneur with strong vision. That’s why he kept the name of organisation as VISION BPO SERCVICES.     He has worked with major players of the Industry and has handled key positions and complex processes successfully.

 He frequently travels to the UK and US to build up strong relationship with our existing and prospective clients and to coordinate with our regional offices in the USA.  Prior to launching Vision, he has provided his consultancy to US Companies interested to establish their BPOs in India. 

Nitin Arora – Director Operation

Nitin Arora has done his Masters in International Business from Symbiosis,  Pune. He is having 7 years of rich experience in the area of Business Process Outsourcing, Operational Management & Business Development.

 He expertise in managing teams for running successful process operations & experience of developing procedures, service standards for business excellence.

Multi-disciplinary experience includes planning, analyzing, reengineering and implementing operation and business processes and Total Quality Management.

Dr. Ajit Kumar – Director – Healthcare

Dr. Ajit brings many year of experience in Healthcare domain to the table. He is a doctor by profession and he is into healthcare services for 10 years.  He is managing Healthcare processes including Medical Billing and Medical Transcription.  With a master in healthcare management, he has been effectively guiding the Healthcare Team through both rapid growth and market downturns.

Having worked as a physician for several years and a consultant, he decided to switch over to BPOs in healthcare domain. He has worked with prominent BPOs and helped them to succeed in establishing their operations.
